The Bella Rose Arts Centre offers part time and seasonal work for anyone interested in theatre and the performing arts. Crew members choose their own schedule based on what events are currently taking place at the theatre. A pleasant and professional attitude is a key asset as you will be the face of the theatre for all patrons and clients.

The Bella Rose Arts Centre is seeking a casual bookkeeper with experience using Sage Simply Accounting software. The position offers flexible hours ranging between 10 to 20 hours per month. Position wage is subject to negotiation with the Board of Directors.
The primary areas of responsibility include:
Preparation of monthly financial statements in preparation for Board Meetings. Produce reports, such as balance sheets, income statements, and totals by account
Monthly posting of bank fees, account reconciliations and additional posting as required;
Regulatory and tax filings including GST/HST returns, payroll remittances and the annual charity tax return;
Development of budgets and forecasts in conjunction with the Theatre Manager and Treasurer;
Check figures, postings, and reports for accuracy;
Reconcile or note and report any differences found in the record
