The Grand Opening CelebrationsA Theatrical Extravaganza of Broadway Musical Hits!On February 10, 2011 come join us for a glamorous evening. Walk on the red carpet. Enjoy great food and refreshments. Try your luck at winning one of many fabulous prizes in our raffle. On the Bella Rose Arts Centre Stage, under the musical direction of Stephanie McKeown and director Edmund MacLean, this musical extravaganza will take you on an enchanted journey from the most memorable Broadway stage hits; Les Misérables, The Phantom of the Opera, Guys and Dolls, and West Side Story to the newer Broadway sensations; Rent, Wicked, and the Lion King. The Halifax West Broadway Orchestra will accompany performances by the Harmony West Chorus, Matthew Beasant-McKeown, Alissa McCarthy, Taylor Long, Bethany Ingraham, Lana Cameron, Michael Hart, and special guest—direct from the Neptune’s highly successful production of Wizard of Oz—Cliff LeJeune. Admission is free, but a tax deductible donation is greatly appreciated. |
